What we keep
If you sign up, we keep three things: your email address, the date you signed up, and which platform brought you here, such as TikTok or Instagram.
Why
To email you about Josh Cullen's music, releases and shows.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your email. This page runs no ad trackers. It remembers which platform you came from only for your current visit. We count how many times each button is tapped, as a total, with nothing about who tapped it.
The music video
When you play the video on this page, it is loaded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube then handles that playback under its own privacy policy.
Bot check
The sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, running out of sight, to tell people from bots. Cloudflare may look at your browser and connection to do that, under its own privacy policy.
Where it is kept
With Cloudflare, which hosts this page, and with Shopify, which sends the emails. The emails arrive from KŪLN, Josh's company.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to see, correct or delete what we hold. These are your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
